Arminius, anymore comments you post will be reported and your account suspended. If you would like to further this continuous bashing of David, do it elsewhere, there is no place for it here.

Farewell Arminius Vámbéry! I'm sure you'll find some other blog to haunt, so chin up old chap.

Is Bishop Manchester Trafficking with Satanists?

FLASH! BREAKING STORY!!

It's come to the attention of Net Curtains that Sean Manchester's works are being sold on Ebay by a seller with occult ties.

Last Wednesday, a reader of Net Curtains contacted us with this story:

"Several weeks ago I purchased a copy of The Vampire Hunter's Handbook on Ebay. There is nothing wrong with the seller as he is very efficient and great to work with. He has 100% positive feedback. However, judging by his items for sale, this appeared to be a shop that sold mostly occult/witchcraft items. When my book arrived, though, I was taken aback when I saw the return address was Gothic Press - shipped from Bishop Manchester's home in Bournemouth! Is the Bishop aware of this? If so, how can he deride David Farrant so for having connections with the occult? This seller is auctioning off complete Satanic altars!"
Well, Net Curtains has done a looky-loo and sho'nuff, this Ebay seller is hawking Sean Manchester's wares as well as Pagan and Satanic items.

Looking at his Ebay store, there are no Manchester items currently for sale. However, looking at his public feedback page we find past items sold:

SATANIC GOETIA MAGICK Satanism Grimoire Baphomet Gothic

FULL SATANIC KIT Baphomet Magick Satanism Vampire Pagan [Satanic Altar Kit]

HIGHGATE VAMPIRE 4xCDs Magick Satanic Occult Witchcraft

THE VAMPIRE HANDBOOK Magick Satanic Occult Witchcraft

THE HIGHGATE VAMPIRE Satanism Magick Baphomet Satanic V RARE Hardback Edition INCLUDES FREE VAMPIRE MUSIC CD!

The seller does describe Manchester's products in a positive manner as :
"The Infernal World of the Undead
Unearthed At London's Famous Highgate Cemetery & Environs"
BY
Reknowned Vampirologist, Demonologist & Exorcist Bishop Sean Manchester

The Definitive Account of the UK’s Best Documented Contemporary Vampire Case Written By the Man Who Led the Only Investigation Into the Spectral Hauntings, Nightly Visitations, Demonic Disturbances & Blood-Lettings At Highgate Cemetery & Environs From 1969-1982.

Spectres Rising from tombs, ghostly manifestations in moonlit lanes, nocturnal attacks on people and animals, corpses drained of blood ~ almost everyone has heard tales of the Highgate Vampire, but only in Seán Manchester’s book can the full account be read by the person who led the only investigation to take place into these mysterious happenings. Lavishly illustrated with case file photographs and unique artwork, The Highgate Vampire is an absolutely essential addition to any vampire aficionado’s collection. "

The person who made contact with us also included a photograph of the original envelope, recently postmarked from the UK. It did indeed originate from Gothic Press as it bore Sean's sacred seal (a rubber stamp with his three bat shield ) and home address. Net Curtains has declined to print this as, although Gothic Press is a commercial enterprise, it is also the address of a private home.

Of course, the Ebay seller may simply be placing orders and having Gothic Press ship direct. However, it seems strange that those smart cookies at the VRS - Dennis Crawford, Katrina-Garforth Bless, the Demonologist, Arminius Vámbéry and Sean's team of legal experts- has not conducted a background check to see how the merchandise is being sold. To have one's sacred book against the infernal imps of hell sold in association with "Satanism Magick Baphomet" is like Jimmy Swaggart visiting a prostitute - completely unbelievable! Marketing a book by the very Bishop who founded G.A.S.P along with Satanic altar items is clearly a conflict of interest, to say the very least.

Net Curtains is remaining neutral in this revelation. I'm sure the Demonologist will come up with an explanation of how the Bishop's merch has been sold undetected along with occult items since 2001. Until then, do contact the seller. He does have some great deals on Sean's books at times, as well as some very swell occult paraphernalia. So if you need to complete your collection of either, do so before the Sean pulls the plug now that he has been rumbled.

Game, Set, Match - To The Overseer

Those of you watching the sparring between the "Demonologist" and that saucy Aussie, "The Overseer," I have to declare the guy from down under the winner. While Deme keeps trotting out the same tired lines, it's clear he's run out of anything new to say. The Overseer, however, is articulate, concise and relentless.

So, Overseer, you win the Net Curtains award for Best Retorts to Bonky. Of course we don't have an actual award to give you right now but fear not. I'm sure the Cubicle Posse and I can come up with a trophy of sorts made out of paperclips! :-D

Sock Puppets from the Grave

Another news flash from Net Curtains - Dateline March 2006

Three years ago a reader on the Highgate Message Board: Knowhere Guide posted an inquiry about the model used in the first edition of The Highgate Vampire. The model, one Jacqueline Cooper, was the face behind the character of the "lovely Luisa." Yes, that Luisa -our Bishop's paramour who died a vampire victim only to return from the grave as a giant spider.

The post begins:

Jacqueline Cooper by Spider (Member 10145191) on 6-Mar-2006

Hi,

I am trying to contact Jacqueline Cooper in connection with a research project being carried out on the alleged paranormal happenings in the area during the years 1967-1982. Being a maiden name, Cooper may now not be her surname and she may also have been known as "Lusia". She was known to live and frequent the Highgate area and had long blonde hair in the 1970's. Any information will be gratefully received.

Yours Faithfully,

Alex Berger.

We then have one normal response:

Jacqueline Cooper by LEE (Member 10182286) on 26-Apr-2006

hi did she have any children /brothers sisters

Only to be met with this strangeness:

Re: Jacqueline Cooper by Diana Brewester (Member 10032845) on 5-Mar-2008

Alex Berger is trying to mislead and misrepresent on a topic about which he knows absolutely nothing. His "research project" comprises malicious intent and harassment on behalf of a convicted felon who is twice his age.

Jacqueline Cooper was never known as "Lusia." This is misdirection put out by Berger and his devious partner in crime (literally) who is someone convicted of malicious vandalism

Which garnered this retort:

Re: Jacqueline Cooper by Spider (Member 10145191) on 14-Nov-2008

Thanks to the special person who kindly provided me with contact information for Jacqueline. This has provided me with important information for my book on the Highgate case.

As for you "Diana Brewester" (Who died in December 2003 after losing her battle against cancer) have you come back from the grave? Or in your case, the Urn. Perhaps you have come back as a vampire! Assuming it was really you posting in the first place, why give anyone else your login details to Knowhere? Sort of gives the game away, doesn't it Sean.

Regards,
Alex.

The now rumbled sock puppet changes names:

Re: Jacqueline Cooper by The Overseer (Member 10233461) on 20-Nov-2008

Alex Berger appears too dim to realise that the secretary of a research society headed by Sean Manchester used that organisation's computer when posting while still alive. Another secretary used Diana's old login details after her death because they were the same domain as the society in question and it was probably supposed would be in the name of the organisation. Hence the mistake once made was not repeated.

I find Berger's disrespectful comments about a recently deceased person entirely predicatble of him and his claims to be writing a book about the Highgate Vampire case risible. Considering he was not even born at the time of the happenings at Highgate, Berger can bring nothing new to the table. He seems more driven by an agenda to cause mischief and execute vendettas than anything relating to researching the supernatural.

President of the Ghost Club Society, paranormal researcher and well-known author Peter Underwood supports Sean Manchester's findings and wrote two books of his own which cover the case at its inception. Renowned exorcist and author Sean Manchester researched the case personally and wrote the definitive book about his findings after a gruelling thirteen year investigation. His bestselling book "The Highgate Vampire" covers the case in its entirety. There is also available a double CD containing archive witness statements and other material from the time.

Claims in the Hampstead & Highgate Express over the last two or three years that the same vampire is back again, however, are transparently fraudulent as the wraith was successfully exorcised three and a half decades ago.

Berger sounds very much like yet another bandwagoneer which is tiresome in the extreme.

To which Berger replies:

Re: Jacqueline Cooper by Spider (Member 10145191) on 20-Nov-2008
[Sighs]

What Manchester fails to realise is that facts can be checked and people can be contacted. Patsy Langley set the ball rolling with first edition of her book "The Highgate Vampire Casebook". This has led to a much wider enquiry by the BPOS over the last couple of years. Nobody is getting any younger. Facts need to be documented now before it's too late.

What you fail to understand, Sean, is that I'm not trying to attack you (and certainly not Brewester, who I don't believe was responsible for any of the comments on here) I'm trying to set the record straight regarding your absurd Vampire story. That's all.

2009 is going to be a very interesting year. Our President is planning to publish two books, I'm well on course with mine and another senior member of the BPOS is planning a follow up to her first book. A fourth author is planning to cover the Highgate case in detail for the first time, and this is an author every bit as influential as Underwood. I'm sworn to secerecy on this project, unfortunately.

2009 will be a very interesting year. It will be the year your daft Vampire theory gets crucified once and for all.

This isn't the place for a row, If you want to carry this on I suggest you comment on the Society's blog page. I know you read it often.

Alex.

And now for a famous line:

Re: Jacqueline Cooper by The Overseer (Member 10233461) on 21-Nov-2008

I do not appreciate the tired tactic of you and your cronies addressing anyone who disagrees with any of you as "Sean Manchester." I am not Sean Manchester. I somehow very much doubt that "Alex Berger" is your real name, but we'll probably never know, and I certainly could not care less.

Patricia Langley was born in 1960 - aged ten when the Highgate Vampire case hit the headlines - and is a self-styled witch, medium and spiritualist. What she laughingly describes as a “casebook” comprises fifty stapled pages bearing the address and imprint, ie “British Psychic and Occult Society,” of someone convicted of multifarious crimes at Highgate Cemetery.

This self-published pamphlet has no ISBN and the page bearing her name is pasted inside the front cover so it might be omitted for the purpose of being forwarded anonymously to those suspected of being unsympathetic toward the publishing source.

It does not take long to discover why Langley might want her work to appear anonymous. The front cover contains a stolen image, as does the rear cover which displays a stolen photograph of Sean Manchester. Inside (on page 47 near the pamphlet’s conclusion) is another stolen image reproduced without consent from page 182 of The Highgate Vampire. There is no photograph of Langley, however, who opts to be known as “Patsy.”

Nobody in their right mind would take such a pathetic effort seriously. Its false claims are clearly calculated to discredit Sean Manchester and its authoress is renowned for belonging to an internte vendetta against him. She posts under various pseudonyms, most lately as "Columbine," and is a particularly obnoxious individual. Her lying know no bounds. There could also be charges brought against her for copyright theft, harassment and libel if she were ever tracked down to a location where she could be found.

You talk about the “British Psychic and Occult Society” and its “President” when you know full well there is no such organisation and never has been. This has been exposed time after time.

Don't tell me where to post. You came here shouting the odds and I have responded. You have picked a fight with the wrong people. The only thing that will be "crucified" next year, Berger, will be the likes of you and your criminal associates.
And so the rant goes on.

Net Curtains has a few questions as well. Would any real office ever leave the the login of a deceased employ on their computer system for years? Did Diana appear from the grave? Or did Sean Manchester, who never trolls as himself, get his screen names mixed up again.?

Net Curtains also has another question. Did the poster Alex Burger ever get in touch with Jacqueline Cooper? Would they please get in touch with us, as we would like to do our own investigation. Simply use the contact form below. All replies are confidential.

And the Winner Is....

Deme/Sean has finally trumpeted his "I'm not Sean Manchester!" lie.

As I am not Seán Manchester, no matter how many times Farrant and his clique say otherwise, I will not attempt to answer any questions that could be personal to him...

That means Annie two cubes over wins the office pool. You go girl! Way to start casual Friday!

Don Ecker Speaks!

Late today the Posse heard from world famous researcher Don Ecker. It appears Mr. Ecker has done some wonderful research concerning the case of the Highgate Vampire. Unfortunately, a person (or persons) seem hell bent on censoring his findings.

Mr. Ecker wishes to share his conclusions with the millions of readers of Net Curtains. Not one to be silenced, Mr. Ecker has removed some offending public documents to placate the offended party. As we also believe in free speech and freedom of the press and just say "no" to censorship, we are happy to present this report. Rest assured it will send shock-waves through the vampire hunter communities!

The Dust Up on Nocturnal Frequency Goes On!

While Sean is busy posting here as "The Demonologist", his sock puppet (and dead man)
Arminius Vámbéry was busy on Nocturnal Frequency again.

Let's have a looky-loo at his latest tantrums:

Arminius Vámbéry

6/12/2009 11:29 AM

"This will only get deleted again so I don't know why you're bothering. If you want to discuss things further much of this is available on the 'Net Curtains Lurkers' blogsite," says "Alex Berger." So why is "Berger" bothering? As for contributing to a highly abusive blog run by Farrant's degenerate clique - I really don't think so. It can be arranged for "Berger" to listen to 40-year-old tape-recorded conversations between Tony Hill and Farrant.

Arminius Vámbéry 6/12/2009 11:39 AM

"Constantly repeating the same old stuff won't make it true," say "Alex Berger" who should try telling that to his mentor David Farrant who repeated the same old stuff in Steve Genier's April interview in Genier's June interview with Farrant who even read aloud the same passages from THE HIGHGATE VAMPIRE by Seán Manchester. All Farrant ever does is repeat the same old stuff. The only person who isn't thoroughly bored listening to Farrant is Farrant.

David Farrant 6/16/2009 12:13 AM

Don't you ever give up, Sean? Everyone knows "Arminious" is really yourself writing ABOUT yourself under one of your typical aliases. Give it a rest Sean. People just aren't fooled anymore! David Farrant

Arminius Vámbéry 6/16/2009 4:01 AM

What a joke that Steve Genier tows the Farrant line. Does he really think I'm bothered he claims I'm Seán Manchester? Quite an honour, I'd say. If Genier ever actually met Farrant in person he would see what an utter bozo he has become in the eyes of informed, intelligent people. A heavy metal loving biker from the United States taken in by a stammering shell of a man in England who contradicts himself and spews forth falsehood every time he opens his mouth.

And so it goes...Sean has been ranting, mostly to himself, since the 12th. Poor Sean, he needs to get out of the house more.
